Who we are
KW Enterprises ("we", "us") operates the outlets listed on this website and the WhatsApp Business accounts attached to them. We are based in Pune, Maharashtra, India. You can reach us at hello@kw.enterprises.
What we collect
- This website sets no cookies and runs no analytics or tracking scripts. Our hosting provider keeps standard server logs (IP address, browser, pages requested) for security and reliability.
- WhatsApp. When you message one of our outlets on WhatsApp we receive your phone number, the name on your WhatsApp profile and the content of your messages. Outlet WhatsApp numbers are listed on each outlet's page (currently: Habibs Bavdhan).
- Appointments and services. To book or deliver a service we may note your name, contact number, preferred times and the services you have taken.
How we use it
- To reply to you, confirm appointments and provide the service you asked for.
- To send you service updates, reminders and offers from the outlet you contacted, only if you have agreed to receive them. You can stop these at any time by replying STOP or by asking us.
- To keep basic business records as required by law.
Who we share it with
Messages sent on WhatsApp are processed by WhatsApp LLC / Meta Platforms under their own terms and privacy policy. We do not sell your information. We share it only with service providers who help us run the business (for example, salon booking or billing software) and where the law requires.
How long we keep it
We keep conversation and appointment records for as long as you are a customer and for a reasonable period afterwards to handle queries and meet legal obligations, then delete them.
Your choices
You can ask us what information we hold about you, ask us to correct or delete it, or withdraw consent to marketing messages, by writing to hello@kw.enterprises or messaging the outlet you dealt with.

We will update this page if our practices change. The date at the top shows the current version.
